It doesn't like the adapter so it doesn't save the file for it outside of a temporary one in Emulation Station. But for the Mayflash, this simply doesn't happen for some reason. The problem is thus: when you normally configure a controller in Emulation Station, the file (.cfg) is saved in /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/autoconfig and from there can be used to play on all the emulators. Keep in mind I literally just got it to work so there may still be issues, but my bro is using the adapter to play Mario Kart 64 right now.
