This is what causes us issues and keeps us from being able to use the controller in ROMS or advanced menus. It doesn't like the adapter so it doesn't save the file for it outside of a temporary one in Emulation Station. But for the Mayflash, this simply doesn't happen for some reason. The problem is thus: when you normally configure a controller in Emulation Station, the file (.cfg) is saved in /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/autoconfig and from there can be used to play on all the emulators. Keep in mind I literally just got it to work so there may still be issues, but my bro is using the adapter to play Mario Kart 64 right now.
